Terms of Service.
These terms govern your use of the Redoubt Fastener Co. site. The site is a public marketing, product, and due-diligence resource — not a transactional storefront — and the operating legal baseline is captured below. For legal notices or infringement claims, email the address at the bottom of this page.
Acceptable use and the public-marketing nature of this site.
The site is a public marketing, product, and due-diligence surface. There is no login, no online checkout, and no purchase contract formed by browsing. Use of the site is conditioned on the rules below and on the Privacy Policy that governs the limited personal data we collect.
Acceptable use
You may browse this site, read our product and due-diligence disclosures, and submit the contact forms we expose for legitimate inquiries. You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, probe or scan its infrastructure, scrape content at volume, bypass rate limits, submit fraudulent or abusive form payloads, or use the site to harm, harass, or impersonate Redoubt Fastener Co., its staff, or its customers.
No competitive benchmarks without consent
You may not run competitive product, performance, or reliability benchmarks against Redoubt Fastener Co. fasteners or against this site, and you may not publish comparative claims referencing our products, without our prior written consent.
Submitting a contact form (general inquiry, material sample request, or Series A NDA request) sends your submission to the company's operations or investor-relations team. That submission is a request for follow-up, quotation, or further engagement — it is not a binding order or purchase contract on its own.
Site and content provided "as is" / "as available".
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or completeness.
We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of malicious components. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any part of the site at any time without notice.
You are responsible for your use of any information, specification, or link on this site. References to third-party standards, regulations, or publications are descriptive and do not constitute legal, engineering, or compliance advice for your program.
Product and program pages on this site, like this Privacy Policy, are descriptive and not contractual. Specifications, MOQ ranges, and lead-time figures are illustrative; binding terms for any commercial engagement are set out in the written quote or supply agreement issued by our operations team.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Redoubt Fastener Co. disclaims all liability arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. This disclaimer does not affect any warranty that cannot be disclaimed as a matter of applicable law.
Ownership, trademarks, and a limited viewing license.
Site content is owned by Redoubt Fastener Co. or its licensors. The notices below describe what is yours to view, what requires our written permission, and how to reach us about an alleged infringement.
Ownership
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, product photographs, technical drawings, DFARS / Berry compliance disclosures, sample-program descriptions, and the underlying code that renders the site — is owned by Redoubt Fastener Co. or its licensors and is protected by United States and applicable foreign copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.
Trademark notice
"Redoubt Fastener Co.", "Redoubt", and the Redoubt wordmark and logo are trademarks of Redoubt Fastener Co. You may not use these marks, or any confusingly similar marks, in any product, packaging, advertising, or promotional material without our prior written permission.
Limited viewing license
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content of this site for your personal, non-commercial reference, or for genuine press, due-diligence, or prospective-customer evaluation purposes, with attribution to Redoubt Fastener Co.
Infringement claims
If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right, send a written notice to the terms contact below. Include a description of the work at issue, the URL on the site where it appears, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Jurisdiction, severability, and the operating legal baseline.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Redoubt Fastener Co. is formed, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the site is subject to the exclusive venue of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects our intent.
No waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms on any given occasion is not a waiver of that right or provision. Waivers must be in writing and signed by us to be effective.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Redoubt Fastener Co. with respect to your use of this site. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications on the same subject.
Specifications, MOQ, and lead times subject to change.
Product and program pages describe the parts and capabilities Redoubt Fastener Co. is qualified to deliver. They are not quotations, contractual offers, or purchase commitments. A list of figures on the site that should be read as illustrative is set out below, along with how a real engagement begins.
Specifications shown on product pages (thread dimensions, mechanical-property ranges, material grades, and finish availability) describe the part families the company is qualified to produce. They are descriptive reference, not contractual specifications tied to a specific lot.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) shown on product or program pages are typical run-size targets, not binding commitments. MOQ may vary by material, finish, geometry, and program qualification.
Lead times shown on product or how-to-buy pages are illustrative ranges based on commercially active programs at the time of publication. They are not delivery commitments and may change without notice.
Material grades and finishes published on the site reflect the company's qualified capability set. Specific alloys, tempers, and finishes may be subject to melt-shop, mill, or finishing-supplier availability at the time an order is placed.
A contact-form submission — including any sample request, NDA intake, or product inquiry — is a request for quotation, not an order. Pricing, lead time, and program qualification are confirmed only in a written quote issued by the company’s operations team. Product-roadmap references on the site are illustrative and do not constitute a commitment to deliver a part at a particular date or at a particular price.
We may update these terms at any time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page and at the bottom of this page will reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
How to reach us.
